Not giving people notice that the water will be turned off during the day before you have work is unacceptable. I should have to worry if my water will work or not. How long does it take to fix a damn leak? Unacceptable
I made a scheduled appointment to tour an apartment, I drove a whole hour away for the tour just for them to be closed and their phones to be shut off. Needless to say I’m very unhappy and I wouldn’t recommend renting from them if they lack communication with people.
