The unit i rented for a year was good quality, and the staff is good with communication.
There’s a reason why this company isn’t accredited with the BBB. It’s speaks for itself.
Do NOT rent from them!!!!!!!!!!! They are the absolute WORSE when it comes to moving out! They praised us for being good tenants and then lied about problems with the move out inspection. Karen doesn’t return calls and she doesn’t give updates. When I specifically asked her to please call with updates about the move out, she said she would, but never did and the only other call I got was from Jamie to tell me they basically robbed me of half of my security deposit.
