I've been robbed twice in the span of 2 months here, theres no security whatsoever ever. Lots are terrible, any snow or ice and you'll be trapped down hill.
Perfect apartment. We stayed here in a fully furnished unit for two months and couldn't have asked for anything better. The apartment was great, parking spots were available, it's right across the street from a free bus stop downtown, and a short walk to Kinnick for Iowa football games. We never had any issues and Emily was wonderful to work with the entire time. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
Very nice apartment. My daughter and son-in-law rented this appartment in Aug23. I just came here from India. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. Separate parking for each unit. Just near to the road. Ground plus two floors.
Great apartment complex! Units are clean and spacious along with shared laundry area and outdoor spaces. Maintenance and management are wonderful. Always respond quickly to needs/questions and very helpful.
Any concerns or questions were answered/fixed in a timely manner. Everything was well kept and it was a great place to live! The property manager was really nice and helpful and she will make sure you are feeling safe and comfortable there.
