I've lived here for a year, and so far its been good, nice neighbors. Maintenance and staff are great, downside is that the apartments themselves are old. There are no microwaves in the studios, if that's something you need. Also, thank you, for all the constant effort from the staff here!
We absolutely love living at The Place at Forest Ridge! We’ve been here for a couple of years now, and it truly feels like home. The staff is amazing—always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s easily the best apartment complex and team we’ve ever worked with. First, the great things about Forest Ridge: The apartments are really nice, (i have a dishwasher in mine), especially up on the second floor, because you get a private back deck area upstairs and a bit of a front deck too (i live in one of the single bedroom units), and I have skylights in my living room and a vaulted ceiling that makes it feel super spacious. Despite the age of the apartments, the location, amenities and neighborhood is a huge plus! Both ladies at the offices were super helpful, nice and very patient with my family during our search for a new apartment. I needed help during the winter because my heater would not turn on, I made a request on the website and they were there within 30 minutes... on the weekend. I enjoy living at the place at Forest Ridge, it is definitely one of the more affordable places in flag. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. It's also nice they don't have a pet restriction and are very pet friendly, with a dog park on site. It's on the outter side of flag surrounded by plenty of trails and trees, about 1.5 miles to the nearest Walmart.
