Why don’t we start with the simple things? Don’t believe the floorplan maps, they are incorrect. That should have been my first red flag when I moved into this complex. The area maybe be pretty, and the staff may be kind (at first) but as soon as you move out none of that matters. They will not use your security deposit towards your move out charges, they will ignore your calls and emails about getting things set righ. I’m about a month post move out from this place. It was such a good experience. Mariah in the front office is so so nice !! She was super helpful with the moving process and during the entirety of our lease. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
We had a beautiful time here. Mariah was amazing from the time we toured to when we moved out! Forever thankful for all of her hard work!
Worst apartment experience. My roommate and I had maintenance problems from the moment we moved in. They were to have fixed some of these problems before our move in date but did not. Mold problems behind the paint in the bathroom, broken back kitchen window, fridge that froze everything inside, mice infestation from nearby residents unclean home, abandoned car in our parking spot that was not towed until 6 months later and more.
