Worst apartment experience. My roommate and I had maintenance problems from the moment we moved in. They were to have fixed some of these problems before our move in date but did not. Mold problems behind the paint in the bathroom, broken back kitchen window, fridge that froze everything inside, mice infestation from nearby residents unclean home, abandoned car in our parking spot that was not towed until 6 months later and more. My family and are very satisfied with this apartment. It’s a nice and quiet place. Beautiful apartments.
I first moved into Forest Ridge thinking my stay would be temporary. Four years later I'm still here, due largely to: (1) convenient, multiple forest trails leading right off the property, (2) the peacefulness of the property and surrounding neighborhood, (3) dog-friendly policies (all breeds accepted) with an on-site dog park, and community of dog owners, and (4) the friendly and helpful front office and maintenance. Greatest apartment we have lived in while in Flagstaff. The staff is so nice and maintenance quick and reliable. The staff is always showing its residents appreciation for renting here! Willie and I are pleased we made the choice to live here.
Good place to live because of the dog park and access to the trail system. They are very helpful with moving in
