Ciara and Levi are legends. During the day of my move in, my 9 hour drive turned to a 14+ hour drive due to issues with my truck. Ciara waited an extra hour after the office closed to ensure that my dog, cat, and I were able to get into our apartment.
*Please do not delete this time* When I was moving in, everything was great and the office was super helpful but immediately after moving in, my shower didn’t drain and it turned into a month long disaster where I couldn’t use my shower for the entire time. I had to BEG for reduced rent for that month, in which they provided less than 1/3 of rent. This left a bad taste in my mouth but I appreciated that it was eventually solved. I’ve had a great experience living at Forest Ridge in Flagstaff! The apartments are super nice, clean, and well-maintained, and the whole community has a really comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The location is great, and the property is always kept looking beautiful. What really stands out is the staff, everyone who works here is friendly, professional, and very helpful.
