Been here for about 7 years. Leasing staff is chill and when I have an issue, they helped me gather a solution. Fernando and Mario are awesome in the maintenance staff. If I happen to have any issues they were there within 24 hours for the most part.
DO NOT MOVE HERE I HAVENT EVEN BEEN HERE FOR 6 MONTHS AND I WILL BE PUTTING IN MY 2 MONTHS NOTICE VERY SOON , TOWING IS RIDICULOUS THEY TOW FOR PARKING ON THE LINE AND IF UR TIRE IS FLAT THE SMELL IN THE APARTMENTS IS HORRENDOUS INSIDE & OUT & DOES NOT GO AWAY NO MATTER HOW MUCH U CLEAN THE BUGS ARE RIDICULOUS AS WELL AS THE RACOONS AND EVERY OTHER DAY SOMETHING IS OUT OF SERVICE OR NOT WORKING BECAUSE THEIR DOING MAINTENANCE ON IT , THEIR WORRIED ABOUT THE WRONG SHIT ! Es el peor condominio en el q te puedes rentar en todo Estados Unidos,una vez q pagas tu renta la oficina no se preocupa por las nada,entran a tu apartamento solo a mirar no mas sin ninguna explicación entran fin es toda una mala experiencia este lugar y casualmente hay muchos comentarios así como este,desafortunadamente ninguno positivo q su favor
the roaches should have paid my rent and the amount of times that my friends or my own vehicle was towed for ridiculous reasons. people are saying the only pro is the price…yeah, i guess if you’re okay with losing precious pictures & furniture pieces to roach city moving in, & paying almost half of a month’s rent bc your car is barely touching the white line of its regular parking spot.
