I have Lived here for over 9 years and I Love this place! Maintenance is very good with all your needs! There’s a website you can request them to come & it usually only takes a couple of hours. Management is super helpful , nice , and professional! They are very communicative and explain things very thoroughly. They also send out reminders on anything important. ! Great management overall. Theyre extremely courteous and are very attentive to what is going on in their property. Office staff is amazing and are willing to work with you.
Lived here for 2 years on the phase 2 side. Maintenance was pretty good at responding to work orders. I did have a leak happen at least once a year or more in my bathroom. Phase 2 has 2 gates but only one work half the time. When I first got there I asked maintenance about the gate of Fredericksburg and they said they were working on it but it never work in the 2 years I lived there. Also if you live on phase 2 the gate code doesn’t work on the gate on chambers rd, but people from phase 1 can use the phase 2 gate. Homeless p... read more
