I’ve lived here 2 years now and have minimal complaints. Management is always helpful, maintenance is slow but if you’re persistent they’ll respond. It’s quiet and clean. Rent increases aren’t ridiculous. Looking forward to another year here.
i haven't had heat since the new owners took over. Rob the land lord is the lawnmower man because that is all he does. Takes months to get anything fixed. but rent goes up every year without fail.
