I’ve lived here for a little over 3 years, and have seen at least 4 different management companies take over. The first few managers were great but over time it’s just gotten worse and worse. Getting in contact with the landlord is almost impossible, they never answer phones, and are rarely in the office. Response times to emails vary from 7-14 days. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY CHARGE YOU 25% ATTORNEY LATE FEE AND WHEN YOU ADDRESS THE ISSUES YOU HAVE WITH THEM, THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY TELL YOU, YOU DONT HAVE RESERVE PARKING BUT LET OTHER RESIDENTS THAT THEY LIKE DOUBLE PARK A MOTORCYCLE IN FRONT THEIR CAR WITH A "DO NOT PARK HERE SIGN OR ELSE YOU WILL GET TOWED". NOW THEIR MOTORCYCLE NEVER MOVES AND YOU CAN'T PARK THERE BUT THEN WHEN THE LEASING MANAGER KRISTI IS ASK ABOUT IT, SHE SAYS " IT'S OK AS LONG AS IT AN OPERABLE VEHICLE" BUT IF THEY NEVER MOVE... read more
