First the property increased my rent even though it is already expensive and well above similar properties nearby. Then, the second my apartment went on the market I have had 1-3 showings per day, even on the weekend, and am only let know the day before. I work from home so it is extremely intrusive and when I asked the property managers if they could not show some days they told me maybe. And likely only one day if that. They do not care about your experience they just want to make money.
Awful, they deserve zero stars. Go through another property management. They don’t return calls and only care about money!

Everything breaks and takes long to fix or is fixed wrong! Management is unstable and unwilling to take responsibility for their actions and non actions. Last Oct a strange man entered my unit without permission or notice. My minor son ran into my room where I was sleeping to tell me meanwhile the man also entered my bedroom with a flashlight, walked around then left. I was frozen in fear for weeks!! I have not felt safe since. I have had to bury several dead rats. That my dog had in her mouth in our backyard atleast 3 times... read more
Phone doesn’t work because they are pathetic losers who sell your info years after leaving the terrible place they charge outrageous rent for.
