Very disappointed at the current property I live at. Overpriced for the quality of the place. Loud neighbors/tenants, thin walls so thin you can hear a conversation next door, and a host of other issues. Do not recommend.

Lived in the Gloucester property. Bed bugs over and over. Management Smiles in your face and tells you what you want to hear and then stabs you in the back. The heat ( which i had no control over and submitted multiple maintenance requests) was blowing black out of the vents on to the wall, the rug needed to be ripped up due to the multiple treatments I made them do because of the neighbors having bed bugs, and bed bugs in the laundry room . I have been a tentant with Forest Properties for 18 months and I would not recommend anyone working with them. After my first year living there, they increased the rent 16%, far above the average rent increase of the neighborhood. They have ignored several of my emails to the point that I have had to either call the office or go in person to get a response. I stayed another year, but when I asked for my next lease renewal, 2 of my emails were ignored and the third got a response of simply "You already received your lease ren... read more
