Do you like it when your office staff knows what is going on? Timely maintenance? Responsiveness to problems or questions? This is NOT the rental company for you. We are 15 year renters and will be moving out of state in less than 18 months, but by golly, this hellhole of an experience pushed us to buy a house. The 45 days of closing and 50k out of pocket for downpayment were easier than renting from these people for one more year. Their rental manager doesn't even know how to read a lease.
