Horrible management, heating does not work at all it is ILLEGAL to not provide heat to residents in Massachusetts. Put in dozens for service requests ALL ignored, called several times no one came to even check. Not to mention other issues such as leaks, laundry machines and just over all upkeep of the units that is unacceptable for the price you will be paying.
Brendan and Amy helped my husband and me while we were getting our daughter settled into a new apartment. Incredible customer service.
HORRIBLE Security, packages get stolen all the time.
One of the best managements in Boston! The have the sweetest staff and provide the best services. They are super prompt with any problems that may arise, highly recommend!
