When we returned home from a trip, it looked like maintenance broke into our apartment. Door frame was damaged and dented in, and the locks were changed to a different color….not sure why they had to damage our entire door to change that and leave dust and screws all over the floor. I also am woken up every morning by the mice in our walls that management claims to be water noises.
121 Park Drive - Horrible and rude management, heating does not work at all it is ILLEGAL to not provide heat to residents in Massachusetts. Put in dozens for service requests ALL ignored, called several times no one came to even check. Not to mention other issues such as leaks, laundry machines and just over all upkeep of the units that is unacceptable for the price you will be paying. Horrible. I called seeking some help with an issue and the worker was horrifically rude over the phone and kept trying to tell me to talk to the buildings concierge, who I had already spoken to and who told me to contact the leasing office. The worker completely proceeded to lie and tell me I was the only one experiencing a problem I could actively see many people around me also struggling with.
