I have lived here with my two kiddos for about seven months now (moved in July 2024) and we love our apartment and the many amenities available for residents. Qiana, Dustin, and Kylee are great. They are always quick to help, or just chat when you need some social interaction. Each building has a laundry room (some updated apartments have a washer and dryer within). I've been living here for a month now, and it's been a great experience so far. The apartment complex is very quiet, especially at night, which makes for a peaceful living environment. The residents are friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Maintenance is efficient—any repair requests are handled quickly. Paying rent is convenient through the online portal (just remember to use a checking account to avoid the convenience fee, as debit/credit cards incur extra charges). I have only lived here for a year but whenever I have a question there is always someone in the office to help me. One of my favorite features is the amazon lockers. As an education major I am always ordering something new for my students and I love the lockers because they are anti theft. My apartment is nice and cozy and the maintenance team is very friendly. My first time in the US and I stumbled upon Forest Pointe Apartments when I was searching for apartments. Was skeptical at first, but scheduled a tour with Dustin - he was really kind and answered all our questions patiently.
