Had to edit this review which I don’t normally do. This management is very unprofessional .
Attached to this review are images showing the unsanitary conditions found on all the balconies of the building at 1650 NE 135th St., and the poor handling of this problem by the building manager, Jessica Cáceres. I also document the lack of professional ethics I experience when I go to the building office, despite living in the building for over two years and my family residing in the unit for over five years, and being responsible tenants who abide by the building's rules and make our payments in an exemplary manner. Posting this to document my experience. I went to the office seeking help with a package and the locker system, and they refused to cooperate. When I stated I would email corporate due to the lack of respect and professionalism, the manager Jessica Cáceres raised her voice and threatened to remove me from the building or cancel my lease. I did not threaten anyone. This behavior is recurrent whenever residents are assisted by her. Soy realtor y, con base en mi experiencia, no recomiendo trabajar con este edificio. La manager, Jessica, ha demostrado una falta de profesionalismo y una actitud inapropiada hacia los REALTORS. He ayudado a dos clientes a mudarse aquí y en múltiples ocasiones no brinda información precisa. Además, ha sido descortés cuando he intentado interceder por mis clientes, especialmente en un caso donde la unidad fue entregada en malas condiciones, lo cual es totalmente anti-profesional
