Marla has been working with me for a few weeks to help resolve some numbness and strength issues in my forearms and hands (I'm a programmer, go figure). After 3 weeks, those problems have basically disappeared. She's recommended a number of small exercises and routines which will help to prevent the problems from returning, or at least to manage them over time and they're working.
