I want to state very clearly that my issue is not with the size of the apartment or with the super. My issue is with the management and the landlord. I was promised a newly renovated apartment that would be move-in ready on May 12. For a place to be move-in ready, that means that all the appliances have to work, that means that the place is properly cleaned and painted and that all you have to do is move your stuff in. I have been living in this community for over two years, it is a great very calm place to live, I do want to share that new súper Rollie have made a big difference the place is always clean, side walks and is always around to help if need it very hard working man, I shared this because the other supers were not the greatest and is not only important to share bad experiences but to acknowledge the hard work of others!!!! Also, Jimmy thank you for always responding to our calls and always doing clean work at our home.

I lived at Forest Park Village for 16 years. It is a great place to live, the complex is really well maintained, the grounds are always clean and taken care of. Plenty of parking. The location is great can walk to a lot of stores,restaurants and not a far ride from anything you would need. The apartment it self is really nice, big rooms, plenty of space. And having a washer and dryer in apartment is a huge plus. Nice balcony new sliding door and Windows just recently put in. The staff at the office and maintenance crew were ... read more
