Unfortunate this company has gone down hill beyond belief. It should be noted that they have sold off - they aren't what they used to be. A former customer with 5 policies spending ~ $5K+ a year. Our policies came up for renewal with a 65% increase (thousands of dollars) they were flagged in the system. They get flagged for anything 20% increase or higher and trust me I understand increases and 2023 is a tough year for Insurance. These folks are always so quick and so pleasant to work with.
