Don't leave your packages in the locked mail area for too long. Someone opened my package and stole my Reeses flavored Oreos.
Too much to say... But the main thing is that they switched owners several times in the last couple years and now there is no on-site maintenance/several people fell in the parking lot because they never plowed and cars were stuck in the divots in the ice. Both the " Front office" which is not in the building. And the maintenance department do not respond at all. My window has been gushing water into the apartment for months! After multiple emails and maintenance requests later, I gave up on trying to get them to respond. This place is over all run down and for 1k plus a month. I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from here in the current conditions.
