I can post video after video, email after email to the new property owners about the happenings here at FP2 Apts! I have sent video and pictures both about the bugs/ insects. Sent pictures of the weeds growing higher than the Hosta plants in front of the building! 28 days later there was a pest control person at our apt! The current state of the common areas leave you wondering if they have ever been cleaned properly as well as the apt units!? How hard is it to clean the floors, steps, entryways!? packages get stolen all the time, neighbors dont respect you or your property, the price is good thats about it.
This is a pretty good place to live especially if you're on a budget! Apartments are slowly being updated and the staff work with you quite a bit when it comes to different things. I really appreciate everything they do! One small thing is some of the neighbors are delinquents but all the bad seeds get found out eventually. The management staff are pretty on top of everything that goes on around here. I even saw the caretaker working into the night so that they can get some apartments updated for new tenants.
This place is honestly trash. Please don’t live here. 2 stars because it’s kinda cheap but when you live here you will realize that it’s worth way less than what you’re actually paying.
Place is starting to get better. MJ is on her way to making changes that seem promising and honest. We have been here almost 2 years and it's getting better. Looking forward to continuing living here with my family for awhile. I would recomend this place to friends and family
