My wife and I used Forest Park to provide both palliative and end of life hospice care to my mother-in-law while she was in memory care due to advanced dementia and Alzheimer's. The services provided by the RNs, LPNs, Music Therapists, and office staff, were amazing! They really cared for my mother-in-law and for my wife and I. They were incredibly patient and kind to my MIL to the point that she enjoyed their visits. The after care lady was nice but other then that the whole experience was absolutely terrible. My father went to gracelene Terrance for hospice care . It was far from peaceful. They cram 4 people to a room . Your lucky if you find a nurse that can answer any questions. It was loud , the maintenance guy did a fire drill saying he was going to evacuate the room , I had to tell him no. During and after my Dads passing they have made an extremely difficult time so much easier for me, they have helped with everything and continue too I don't know what I would have done without them

From the beginning Forest Park Hospice was a god send in arranging hospice for my brother. Even though was a short stay Forest Park staff was very helpful and supportive. Aftercare was a unexpected benefit with suggestions on managing the estate. This helps to take of some of burden and unknowns away as your already dealing with a lot. 5 stars both services ! God Bless

We would like to 100% recommend Forrest Park Healthcare at Home. Forrest Park is a team of very experienced, compassionate, & caring individuals. Our aunts end of life was long and complicated and we don't know how we would have navigated all of the intricacies of dying if they weren't there closely supporting us thru her final 6 months. They even granted her last wish to see the ocean one more time, they went over and above!
