We recently entrusted Forest Park Hospice with the care of our loved one. Jessica, the community liason was very kind and knowledgeable answering all of our questions during our initial meeting and sign up process. We worked closely with nurse, Paris, and social worker, Chris, we're so easy to work with and had wonderful communication with our family. Both going above and beyond duty for our family. Forest Park hospice is one of a kind! Such a variety of services that they provide their patients and amazing communication! Jessica Nosen, the liaison, is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. They make everything easy for the client and family , and provide education for everyone involved.

My wife just died during her fourth month of home hospice. I was her only caregiver. The compassion and support we both received from Forest Park Hospice in Wilsonville went far above and beyond anything that we could have imagined or hoped for. Every aspect of her care was lovingly planned and fulfilled. The support I received as her caregiver was exceptional, too. Compassion. Expertise. Loving care. They deserve ten stars, not just five.
