Had been going there for 4 years. When they lost a pair of my husbands dress pants $100 on sale. After that they treated me horribly. No customer service whatsoever. Sad and unbelievable. Even accused me of not really having his pants there. I'd avoid this place.
Great Cleaner! – I have also been very happy with their service. I have been taking my work clothes here for more than 4 years. They know my name when I walk in and are very personable and friendly. My clothes are ready when they say will be ready. This is best cleaners I have ever used. I also love to pet the dogs. I also have NEVER had a problem with missing clothes or improper cleaning--it's always perfect.
Very happy with their service – I have been a customer of Forest Park Cleaners for 6 years. My husband is an executive and they clean his work clothes nearly every week. HORRIBLE! – They lost our clothing and then the lady there treated us like total garabage when we were trying to figure out what had happened. DO NOT GO HERE!
Always friendly, great service, great results – I have never had a problem that was not satisfactorly taken care of. Great, friendly service. Has done a great job on our clothes and other fabrics.
RUINED!! – I brought in several items for dry cleaning, among them a 100% wool scarf and a linen dress. The wool scarf was was obviously wet-washed, since it is considerably smaller now and the wool has felted. It also has two small holes in the fabric that look like chemical burns. The linen dress is shiny from being pressed on far too hot a setting, and has a peculiar odor of burnt fabric and sweat (not mine).
