Forest Park Apartments COULD be a nice place to live, but with the area being the way it is and tenants leaving the hallway doors ajar with the metal RAT traps that are in the common area, it's ridiculous. Calvi Rayford the regional manager is also a liar and unprofessional. I moved in on 01 Mar 2024 to what was supposed to be a MOVE IN-ready apartment but was nothing but NOT ready! And I had to put maintenance orders in & it's all been HALF ASS DONE! The photos they have posted are false advertisements...I have no idea... read more
