If Erica Cook is the property manager please run or just be careful because she is very unprofessional and money hungry. When we move in she never stated we had to pay the prorated and first month rent all together and she waited to we signed the lease to tell us and she had an attitude when discussing the situation. After our lease was up we told her we would be moving and we uploaded our 60 day notice on the app but they were having difficulties with it and she said she never got it and charged us more money to move out ev... read more
At the end of the day, change is never easy, but I can confidently say that Erica is making this property better, not worse. If you’re looking for a well-maintained, fairly managed place to live, this is a great option!
Okay 1st of all if I could give less I would! There used to be a waiting list for these apartments. However the apartment manager changed and with that change came Erica Cook as the property manager. She is young a full of fakness!!! She will straight talk all sweet to your face then go behind you and act like things are “beyond her control”. Best apartments I have ever stayed at even better then the luxury apartments I have stayed in. Maintenance stays on top of everything and Ms Erica Cook is the best super nice and even went out of her way a couple of times to bring me my key when I lost them😂. Highly recommend.
