The community laundry room isn't well taken care of and they locked the bathrooms inside of it. They increase your rent every year though they haven't upgraded anything. And they're willing to let you be double charged for renters insurance because of wanting to use epremium as a portal. Parking for guests is limited to the streets. All of this has made the initial value I saw in the apartments appear much less.
If you an other option do not move to here the apartments are not in a good condition on top of that if you have issues they never come to fix it you have to keep calling them after 1 week they show up I wish I can give them zero star
If you have other options, do not move here. there are bugs (cockroaches, carpet beetles, bed bugs, mice, weevils and more). they leave the mice traps outside doors instead of throwing them in the trash so you have to deal with the rotting carcasses. you will have to have the exterminators over repeatedly and deal with finding dead bugs or live bugs every day. the pictures of the closet hinges are of bed bug debris that i didnt see when i did my first inspection of this place, which also doesnt happen until AFTER youve signe... read more

It was nice and spacious, good areas to be in.
