Unprofessional rent office staff. Horrible experience to deal with.
Something changed with management and maintenance. They take way longer to address submitted work orders than previously. My laundry room’s drain keeps flooding with feces and disgusting water 3 times. 2 different maintenance technicians “addressed” the problem! I submitted 3 work orders in a row after they kept telling me they fixed the problem. I requested they send a housekeeper to clean the gross mess the drain made. I’m supposed to clean up this germy mess that I didn’t cause? And I’m paying an arm and a leg to live her... read more
Forest Park was a great place to live while I was there. Never delayed on requests and exceptional on personal assistance related to renting and maintenance. Office and maintenance members were always respectful and caring! Special thanks to the Office Manager!
