Don’t live in unit 100D3. The tenants upstairs have a kid that never leaves the apartment and runs back and forth constantly. I wish I was exaggerating. You won’t be able to be in the living room without headphones. The downstairs neighbors scream at each other and slam doors 24/7. The property managers are useless. I would advise you to live literally anywhere else.
Great place to live. Plenty around to do. Apartment older but maintained well. Staff friendly and easy to contact.
Don’t move here! If you like noise and no help from management, this is the place for you. The couple downstairs yells at each other all the time — day or night, it doesn’t matter. Upstairs, it sounds like someone is stomping around non-stop. We said something about it, but of course, nothing was done. It’s nice to know that being able to sleep or relax isn’t a priority here.
