Originally got a crappy apartment and had to upgrade and literally spent 2-3 nights at a hotel. Already a bad experience moving into these apartments! My wife and I have a 1 and half year old and haven't had a proper a/c unit working for 3 days now. We immediately notified apartments and nothing. Some maintenance guy comes out on 3rd day and leaves, doesn't notify us. Spoke with maintenance guy(Raul) and he's a complete douch nozzle! After our maintenance team looked at your AC unit, they determined that it was working properly even though it was not getting to the temperature you'd prefer. On the whole, 20 degrees lower is how much you can expect your air conditioner to cool down your home as compared to the outside temperature. They never get back to you when you call, or email them. You are not a priority to them, just a payment. Nice apartments and place to live if the people in their office would either do their job or get back to you in a timely matter
RecommendedGreat location and super close to campus! New, clean building and updated units that are reasonably priced. Good amenities and the parking garage is a plus. Definitely recommend living here.
Recommended RecommendedI lived here at Indian Run for 10 years. I never had any problems. Lacy(manager) is a great person and a fantastic property manager. She was quick to acknowledge and take care of any maintenance issues ( which were minor)that I may have had and quickly responded by having maintenance over in a very timely manner. She kept the property looking good at all times by having the grounds maintained on a weekly basis and having the pool cleaned daily. This was/is the nicest and cleanest pool in town (Thanks David). Would give it a zero but their is no opportunity to do so. Absolutely the worst first apartment experience!! They do not know how to give you the right information or follow any contract, due to giving you the wrong information. They need to actually give the right information and fix their management. I paid $803 dollars for a 1 bedroom at my move out month when I was paying $586. I have a broken dishwasher, broken air conditioner, broken door hatches, broken toilet seat, and my door knob to my front door is always falling ... read more
