It's super unfortunate but the management running this property are wolves in sheep gear and lack integrity. If/when you have an issue they will not take responsibility or have your best interest in mind. I don't post bad reviews but I felt that the community needs to know that they are not for you, they are for themselves. I truly hope they change their ways as we had too many bad experiences when they were at fault or the cause. Other residents/tenants have same experiences - not cool and surprising they can sleep at night... read more
RecommendedI’ve lived here since February 2020 and the maintenance staff are courteous and professional with each work order. The few we have had since I’ve been here, they have been super respectful and done in a timely manner. The grounds and pool are very well kept. Thank you to all of the Indian Run staff for making this place a great one to live at.

Would never recommend this place! Do NOT live in apt 15. When we came back to move out this apartment had mold in the bathroom, bedrooms and pantry! A/C was leaking and maintenance didn’t care because of Covid and no one was staying there full time. Have pics of maintenance painting over mold and patching walls and baseboards. You will get sick if you live here!

RecommendedI moved in to the Carlton Apartments about a month ago. So far the staff have been extremely helpful in taking care of issues in a timely manner (No major issues but glad to be treated like a priority). The apartments are spacious and the value you get for the price is some of the best I've seen in the area. So far, I would highly recommend the Carlton Apartments if you are looking for a great apartment in the Loop.
13 years ago, I would have given this property a 10-star review. Previous owner and staff took pride in this property and it showed. The grounds were once pristine, the office staff was once knowledgeable, helpful, and glad to see you and maintenance was expeditious in getting any repairs done. If you're looking for a place with broken gates that are regularly kept open, package thefts, mailbox - car - apartment break-ins, dirty hallways, dirty pool, dying - unkept landscapes, no security WHATSOEVER, then this is definitely the place for you. You will NOT be disappointed. Resprop has done an ASTOUNDING job of running this place into the ground.
