So my partner and I went here today. The counter girl was good but we were looking for a bigger bouquet for our mom who just suffered an unimaginable loss. The counter girl had to get her manager and the manager came out and was terrible. Absolutely no empathy and made it feel like we were a huge inconvenience for coming in. Said they needed an hour to put together a bouquet which is crazy. I was prepared to spend over $100 but given how that interaction was, we left.
