I have ordered flowers here for my wife for 2 birthdays, and a valentines day now. Today is her birthday and I brought her the "Send a Smile" set and she loves it. Meghan is very friendly, and always makes the process of ordering and picking up easy and quick. I trust Forest of Flowers to make my wife happy on every occasion. First time ordering flowers for someone. The process was straightforward & delivery was prompt. Definitely recommend.
I have bought from them several times over the years; the experience was pleasant. My last 2 experiences: I was frustrated last time I bought flowers from them back in December 2024 - chalked it up to them being busy. Visited them again 3 weeks ago. Even though I was the only person in the store, the Russian lady seemed to be bothered to answer my questions. Ended up walking out and going to another place.
I live out of province and could not ask for more user friendly website. Delivered and on time with a notification it was in fact delivered. The recipient was overjoyed with the product thank you
