Absolute unprofessional behavior. I was charged $70 for a flower order, yet the flowers were not wrapped properly. When I asked for proper wrapping, it was refused. The bouquet also did not include any water source or floral foam (wet sponge) at the base, which is basic and standard for fresh flowers. Because of this negligence, the flowers dried out while I was delivering them to a friend, which was extremely embarrassing. I had to manage everything myself. Marie was awesome helping me 6scdd4 placing my order and had some helpful suggestions. Marie the card l tried to use hadn't been activated. It was my new card that I received months ago and had never used it, no wonder it didn't work. Thank you again.
