Typically good service but $28 for a 10-minute delivery is excessive, to say the least.

Ordered flowers for someone but they did not receive the written card I personally typed up and personalized. As these flowers were an apology and they didn’t get the Apology card that was suppose to come with the flowers same with writing of who they were from! Because of that they were clueless who they got the flowers from. Kinda defeats the purpose… disappointed about this
