Received an arrangement as a birthday gift from a friend who ordered from out of province. The presentation and personal card were lovely, and the arrangement (roses + baby's breath) was a nice design. Unfortunately, the roses arrived already past their prime — petals were soft and browning at the edges rather than fresh and firm. Disappointing for a birthday arrangement, especially given the price point. Would hope for better quality control on the flowers themselves next time. Came here for a concierge I think that's how you spell it. It's the prom wrist flower bracelet. Anyways, I went there and they had a wide selection of different choices for flowers and also bands. I didn't order ahead and they helped by fitting my order in same day. They also checked in with me and let me know when it was ready for pickup. The staff was very helpful, friendly and polite. I definitely recommend anyone looking for flowers come to this place!! Thanks again for the concierge! 😁
Customer service is amazing and I never get tired of being able to walk in and grab a singular beautiful rose to take home for rather cheap
Perfect! Was not home during the time of delivery, but saw through my security camera that the delivery worker was kind enough to place the bouquet safely behind a stone to protect the flowers from potential movement/damage until my arrival. Overall, ordering and receiving was quick and easy! Will definitely be ordering from here for future occasions :)
