truly homemade food, with many delicious options. And the atmosphere is so cozy since it is surrounded by the Forest. You can eat outside even if it's raining, it's undercover. And the owner Nicole and her family all work there and are super nice and friendly.
First time dining here, and this will be a must stop next time we return to Cook Forest. We sat outside where it was beautiful, quiet, laid back and chill. Exactly what we were looking for. We had a wonderful experience!! Our server was awesome. His recommendation for the Shuck Burger was perfect!! So good!! We will be back again. We were hiking Beartown Rocks and wanted a neat place to eat!! This was awesome!
This place is so good!! Highly recommend their pizza and the desserts!! Desserts are the best I’ve ever had!! Plus, this place is adorable!!
Quaint is a word often used to describe covered bridges or quirky antiques, but I found myself in awe at the unusual splendor of the Forest Nook. With mouth-watering food and staff that felt like family, I'm already day-dreaming of going back for seconds. I can honestly say that I've never had fresher, more delectable onions in my entire life. I cannot recommend this eatery more. When you find yourself near Cook Forest, be sure to find the Forest Nook.
Highly recommend!! It's our favorite restaurant in the forest. Quality homemade delicious food & Great friendly service.
