Today’s experience at this nail salon was so negative that it left me feeling hurt and confused. It’s always been a bit awkward there, mainly because of the manager. But despite that, I’ve always been respectful and given a fair tip, sometimes even a good one. However, today I realized that I’m not welcome there. I've lived in forest hills on and off for years. This is hands down my favorite place and I tried them all. The owner and the whole staff are so wonderful. Look no further they are amazing.
Walked. They took me within 10 minutes and did a wonderful job both manicure and pedicure with polish.
I have been going to Forest Nails for a while and I am always happy. They do amazing work, have great customer service, and the shop is incredibly clean.
