This is a dead mall. Developers are deciding what can be done with the empty storefronts. Only three anchor tenants remaining.
I really do not have much to say about the mall.
It has become a "ghost town", depressing to go there, not worth the stop, rather drive 20 min. to Oshkosh. Fond du Lac is dying & the mall owners are greatly contributing. Some of us would rather support our community, but it seems they don't want to give us a place to work & shop. So glad Kohls isn't part of the mall, at least we have them.
In two years, It will be gone. They charged the stores so much they couldn't make it. I have never seen such a mismanaged place in my life. It's a shame. Used to be a pretty good place. Mall's are failing all over the country. This one could have been saved but the greed of the new owners is unreal. Mark my words, gone in two years.
There is only one store open per every two. I used to enjoy going to the mall, now it's just sad
this is nothing more than an inside track for walking....other than Khol's why bother?
More closed stores than open stores. Kohl's, Younkers, and Staples, are a few of the stores that keep the mall open. There is no food court or play area for kids, at least I didn't see any.
