I am so frustrated I dont even know where to start! My baby brother passed away in December 2021 at age 28 from a heart attack, and I have been dealing with this cemetery since then, its devastating enough that you have to deal with losing your loved one, but then having to go through so much frustration to have his headstone put in place is even more of a headache than you cant imagine! From December 15, 2021, through March 31 of 2022 my family and I paid the cemetery in full for his headstone. It took them from April 28, 2022, through September 2022 for them to process his memorial picture (this is all done by imaging) and now theyre telling me its going to take another six months to order the supply to put the headstone together. Im just beyond frustrated and upset right now. I was promised in an April meeting with ************************** *************** Professional) that it would only take a few weeks to put the memorial imaging together and then hopefully no more than a few weeks or so for the headstone to be put together and placed at his gravesite. Which, was not true, because six months later, Im still dealing with this, and now ** being told theres another six months for the supplies to come in. Mind you, the supplies that I was promised was already in the warehouse waiting for us to complete his imaging and once that was done, they were going to put it together. In April during my meeting, I directly asked ************************** *************** Professional) do you have the supplies in stock or do we have to wait for them to be ordered because I did not want to wait once the imaging was done to place the order since, it was already paid in full for the headstone and I wanted to make sure that the supplies were there and ready for completion. **** told me, No, they had the supplies in the warehouse and there was no need to order them. NOW, the *** **** tells me another six months, WOW, this is just truly ridiculous!!

They are horrible at getting things done after payment. We have a total of 12 family members buried here. My niece passed away November this year and was called 3 hrs before burying her and was told the time changed and because of covid we wasn't allowed as a family to watch her get put in the ground. Them moving the time up made it to where some of are family couldn't even be there. They took forever to lay her head stone and is still not complete her picture isn't on it. The head stone was placed in june it is now August. First it was all the people were new and the picture was lost my sister is mourning her only child and now has to go thru the picture process all over again. I also spoke with ****** and was promised that she would take care of it and now thats been 3 weeks. Its just sad this place is all about money and don't finish or care after they are paid.
