DO NOT USE DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. Zero customer service! I tried to get a problem repaired 2 times (Uconnect Box service needed) and they told me they were too busy to look at it to bring back later in week and the 2nd time they said the guy that does that is not in that day. Now I'm back and but my truck is now out of factory warranty, and they told me it's my fault and my problem. They are taking zero responsibility. Had a great experience at this place! Mario was diligent and helped me to get the perfect vehicle, keeping updated every step of the process. Chad from the finance department helped guide me to the best plan and worked within what I wanted to do. As well Kareem, just like how Kareem Abdul-Jabbar would play in his later years, was able to come in at the end of the process and work his magic to make it perfect. Overall great dealership and over all just some great people here.
Bad experience with service center. Left Car for 5 days, ended up not even getting issue fixed since they "weren't able to duplicate the issue". Not convinced they even turned on the AC to hear the the problem. Ended up just going to pick up my car to take it somewhere else. Still had to pay "diagnostic fee" of over $200 and car is still the same.
