I had a really pleasant experience at this dental clinic from start to finish. When I first called, I spoke with Raman and Christina, both were very kind & helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, provided clear information about booking an appointment, and noted my preferred timeline. The hygienist, Gagon, was excellent. He has such a gentle and smooth touch that I barely felt any discomfort during the cleaning, even with the prophylaxis equipment, which is usually something I’m a bit uneasy about. It was a decent place when lukenchuck was running it. But now its a scam place. Tell you they will run your benefits. Then come back 4 momths later and tell you you owe money and they are sending to collections. Don't go here.
Edit March 2026 - Since the new owners decided to take over and all the old staff was pushed out without so any notice. The new owners then kept all the appointments for clients but when asked questions, wouldn't give a straight answer. When I cancelled all my upcoming appointments, I was phoned every day twice a day for a couple months until I just stopped answering the phone as they clearly wouldn't take no for an answer. Tried to give the new staff a chance and it was a horrible experience!! I will never step foot in this... read more
