Hi. I want to start that customer service is really bad and they don’t have any knowledge about what they’re doing. And they don’t want to warranty anything and they blame their own trucks for the faulty batteries (I went to warranty my batteries for a 2023 Ram 3500 and for the second year they fail) And they were charging me for test the batteries and my truck saying that the truck have any drain problems. We bought a car here and we were offered an extended warranty on our car.."For as long as you still own your car and you're making payments, your car is covered bumper to bumper"...we had a mechanical problem and now they say there's new owners and that even with a contract, they won't be responsible because the previous owners didn't leave them any data or customer contracts...
