I want to go ahead and say that Edwin is by far one of the best service advisors there at CDJR.. My wife took her Jeep for service and was very pleased with his service. I just picked up my truck from him a couple days ago and he was very helpful and the team did a great job on getting it back running. If you have a chance make sure you ask for him. I'll definitely been coming back to him here..
I have a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 and the "Service Airbag" light came on. I brought it to this service department and they said it would take 2 to 3 DAYS before a technician can look at it. not hours...days. Is this the norm at this location? Is this an acceptable turnaround time for this company? I said no, and that I would have to find another way.
I purchased a service package from this dealership that clearly included 3 oil changes, 3 tire rotations, and 3 multi-point inspections — listed on their website and confirmed on my receipt. On my second visit, service advisor Edwin Jimenez told me tire rotation wasn’t part of the package. I showed him the receipt, which explicitly stated “with tire rotation,” but he still insisted I needed to pay extra.
