Drs. Brian and Sarah always go above and beyond to make my kids comfortable—whether changing the music to my kids' taste, or getting to know them and discuss their interests while they are visiting. Family-oriented and very professional!
Yesterday afternoon, I had the best, most thorough cleaning and checkup I have ever had at Forest Lakes Dental.
I am almost finished with my procedures at Forest Lake Dental! I was so not wanting to start this adventure until I met Sarah and Brian Ott. They are a husband and wife team, who are outstanding. They make you feel so comfortable and tell you everything that is going on, and believe me from someone who is not the best with dentists, these guys are great! I highly recommend them and their wonderful office staff!
I've been a patient at FLD for almost two years. Brian and Sarah are both great dentists. Their techs are really good, too. If you live in Forest Lakes, they couldn't be more conveniently located.
Had a great experience! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I usually get a little nervous when going to the dentist but I felt at ease after I met my dental hygenist, christine. She was very sweet and explained what she was doing. Dr Sarah was awesome- a warm fuzzy :) ...thanks for a positive experience. You guys rock! Caroline
I like the spirit of this place. The work is excellent and the joy of the two dentists help to calm my fearful heart. I have loved the view out the window of birds feeding at the bird feeders. Their birds are HAPPY BIRDS as are their patients! At least this patient!
I walked in with extreme pain! I was taken back very quickly and relieved of the pain and only waited a very short time to have the problem resolved! I had to have an extraction then and there and it was a pleasure to have decided to come there! Brian made me so comfortable and took away any anxiety I had coming in! I am very phobic of the dentist from childhood experiences and had avoided getting the help I needed sooner! After the experience there I will never avoid it again!
