Recieved excellent service for parts and repair and now bought a new trailer from them, highly recommended.
Everything went pretty well until I got home and the freshly mounted spare tire bracket fell off while driving. Major safety hazard. Do not have them install your spare tire bracket. Otherwise I am happy with the trailer and the service.
I brought my boat trailer in to get the wheel bearing hub replaced. There were some unforseen complications during the repair which increased the price drastically. Through some unfortunate miscommunication, I was never given a phone call to approve the increased price in the repair. As I picked up the trailer, I spoke with the staff and owner, who were extremely understanding of the issues and did everything they could to rectify the situation that had unfolded. My friend had a trailer bearing go bad on the way back from a fishing trip. We had it towed to a friend’s house on Forest Lake. After trying to work on it ourselves, we ran into some issues. A call to Forest Lake Trailer connected us with Josh, a very helpful technician. He gave us advice and talked through the issue with us. We ended up bringing our old parts in for some in-person advice.
