Brought a used boat trailer here to have it checked out after purchasing. Boy am I glad we did! They checked it out and the trailer had no brakes, the safety cable had been rigged and wasn't connected to anything. Had to wait for a part and we were planning to take the boat up north but not with an unsafe trailer. They got the part in and did the work right away so we could still make our trip! Need trailer parts? Go here!!! Customer service does exist here and is excellent!!! Needed new hub for boat trailer, seems easy, but not really. They spent the time and found the part. Will be back for all my trailer needs.
We brought our older boat trailer into their service department, and they determined the issue with our surge brakes and fixed multiple issues for a very reasonable cost. They called multiple times as they discovered the issues and made sure we were aware of the expenses to fix each of them. They took pictures of the issues and showed them to me upon pickup. They have earned my future business to keep my boat trailer safely on the road! Highly recommended!
Friendly and honest. There's one caveat on the honesty comment though. I don't know whether the owner didn't want to do the work, couldn't do the work, or didn't think it was appropriate to do what I asked. Bottom line, I didn't get the work done that I asked for. I also didn't get a feeling that FL Trailers does a lot of boat trailers. I did get the bearings done.
