Please don’t go here. Especially as a single mother, don’t waste your time. I tried to do an assessment here to get started with virtual therapy, because I do not have reliable childcare and made that clear while making the appointment, to better myself and was stopped by a clinician named Mark and was told I could not do the assessment with my son there and was not offered any accommodations besides him sitting in the waiting room alone with coloring books. This is the most helpful place in the world to go get help if you have an addiction or you have trauma of any kind. The people here are the kindest people you'll ever meet and that willing to help you if you're willing to help yourself.

HIPAA violations, medical chart violations, medical diagnostic violations, patients rights violations. You know it this company does it! With gusto! They actually love ruining people lives and intentionally making them harder. This company failed to send documentation of completion of services (required by law). Then the nurse for Dr Brooks is so grossly incompetent that she can’t figure out how to send a prescription somewhere else.
