They actually love ruining people lives and intentionally making them harder. This company failed to send documentation of completion of services (required by law). Then the nurse for Dr Brooks is so grossly incompetent that she can’t figure out how to send a prescription somewhere else. She also doesn’t know that she’s required to return a phone call with 48 hours instead of 6 ... read more
