Went here for me n my wife’s anniversary, and was very excited. We drove all the way from Oceanside to have a “couple session” of the hair and facial spa. Before the service, we filled out a form and we put quiet session in there and when I talked to Ling( which Ling is a exceptional customer service btw. Love him) over the phone he noted that it is a couple session. Came to the spa, and they didn’t acknowledge that it was a couple session. They put the curtain between me n my wife. I had my very first head and facial massage today, and I honestly can’t believe I waited this long! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease.
