They take excellent care of the residents, as a nurse this care home is such a gem as it really does feel like a home environment. Would absolutely recommend to the fullest extent.

I have personally known and work for the owners since 2019. They are the most amazing couple and genuinely care for their staff, their residents, and their residents families. They have a garden and chickens so that throughout the year they can provide fresh veggies, eggs, and even flowers for the residents. Aside from your own home, this is probably the closest you will get to a home like care setting. They generally stay pretty fully, but don’t hesitate to reach out for a tour or to see if they have any rooms available:)

I felt so lucky to have found Forest Home Elder Care when my mom needed a more supported care situation. Patty and Jim and all of the staff were so competent and caring. They ministered not only to all of my mom's needs, but also were excellent in communicating with me about my mom's care. The facility is welcoming, comfortable, and clean and the organic vegetable and flower garden creates a beautiful setting. From the home-cooked meals to the caring staff, this place is filled with love.
