Unfortunately, Tranzform Forest Hills no longer reflects the level of quality or professionalism it once did. Since the recent changes in ownership, staffing, and leadership roles, the decline in overall experience has been hard to ignore. I'm deeply grateful for this gym, which has empowered me to take control of my health and wellness journey. After having a baby AND recovering from a broken knee (tibia), I found a supportive community and expert coaches who helped me safely modify workouts to suit my needs. With their guidance, I've lost 25 pounds and have grown stronger every day!
