Been waiting two years now to get my basement slider door fixed. It was on the move in papers as something that needed to get fixed. I have asked numerous times for them to fix it, and yet nothing has been done. Not my fault that now the whole thing probably needs to get replaced including the frame and all the insulation surrounding the door. Don't think they care about just how bad it is.
