I never give reviews but this place has me fuming. I never asked for my deposit back after leaving my apartment, which I left spotless and cleaned before leaving due to the military. They sent me to collections for 178$???? Had multiple Air conditioners break during my time there and they would just take used ones from other apartments that were failing as the fix. Avoid.
Very comfortable place to live. It's quiet and has many things to do around the complex. Also, the maintenance men quick to fix any problems that come up.
My husband and I are enjoying our experience and the friendly service we have had thus far with moving here. I love the upgrades and the peaceful environment! Its been almost 6 years since we moved here. We haven't had any problems with maintenance, neighbors, parking, or anything so far. Its very clean and well kept and the few times we have had to put in a maintenance request, it is handled and resolved quickly. Its beautiful here and we love living here!
After being here for over 5 years; my time has come to say goodbye. Of course, things were not perfect and I can admit that I have not been a perfect tenant; however, this company has worked with me and I appreciate and respect you all. Maintenance has always responded very quickly. The front office is busy with every other person that has an issue, so it may take a little time for them to respond to you.
