The fence near our townhouse was cut open due to the hurricane and they never responded when we asked when it’d be fixed. There have been break-ins so they sent out messages advising us to keep valuables out of car. We didn’t have anything in our car (actually cleaned it out the day prior), but that didn’t stop someone from breaking in. Our experience here has overall been pleasant. I really enjoy the community events they do and the amenities are nice.
I never give reviews but this place has me fuming. I never asked for my deposit back after leaving my apartment, which I left spotless and cleaned before leaving due to the military. They sent me to collections for 178$???? Had multiple Air conditioners break during my time there and they would just take used ones from other apartments that were failing as the fix. Avoid.
Very comfortable place to live. It's quiet and has many things to do around the complex. Also, the maintenance men quick to fix any problems that come up.
