If you are headed to Forest Hills don’t come unless Abagail is in the office. She is not just the leasing agent, she truly cares about you and the property. she speaks to every person she sees and she’s a favorite among us residents. From cleaning up trash around the property to making you feel at home before you even get your keys, she’s the sweetest person and so genuine!

The fence near our townhouse was cut open due to the hurricane and they never responded when we asked when it’d be fixed. There have been break-ins so they sent out messages advising us to keep valuables out of car. We didn’t have anything in our car (actually cleaned it out the day prior), but that didn’t stop someone from breaking in. This does not feel like a safe area that my family would care to stay long-term. Get a video doorbell if you live here.
