Even the new staff is unprofessional, can’t keep employees’ Staff is VERY unprofessional and do not take concerns seriously! They rather transfer you around than deal with the issue at hand, also flipping the scenario on you! I don’t feel confident in seeking information or help! Corporate is no help at all as well! They block communication and avoid issues! My Experience here has been the worst I’ve ever seen! Issues still persist in 2024!! I’ve only been living at Forest Hills Racquet Club Apartments for about a week, but so far the experience has been very positive. The apartment was clean at move-in, the community is great and everything has been as represented. I especially want to recognize Samiria in the office. She’s been responsive, professional and easy to work with throughout the move-in process. Stopped by here yesterday with a friend to get some information and first off the community is such a cute little hidden gem- we were greeted by the manager Samiria - who stopped to and answered our questions and offered us a tour which we will be going back. She was very sweet and welcoming and her maintenance workers were in the office and both greeted us also. This was rare we randomly stopped in a few places and the teams were definitely not as nice .
My boyfriend and I lived at Forest Hills Racquet Club Apartments in Augusta, GA from March 10, 2022 to October 22, 2025, when our lease was terminated under deeply concerning circumstances. Smooth Move-In Experience The move-in process was seamless and very easy. I felt well accommodated from start to finish, and the ladies assisting me were extremely helpful and professional, even with the holiday, they made sure everything was handled and I was still able to move in on time. The apartment was exactly what I expected clean, well-kept, and just what I was looking for. So far everything has been going great, and I’m very pleased with my experience here.
