I’m not sure how this company works as far as getting someone approved, they could be magical; But from 9/30 until 10/23 it’s been a complete runaround and absolutely no communication on their end and all we were looking for was a preapproval. If you’re looking for a “quick and dirty” answer to start your home buying process, go somewhere else.
