Very nice set up HOWEVER my daughter, 2 years ago, was the first apartment/tenants. Her and her roommates all just graduated in May and we now get a bill for security deposits that were over and above what we put down. I disputed because when they moved in they were promised a patio, which was never completed and a clubhouse, which sat there framed and never opened for two years. A lot of nerve by the owner’s to hit us all up for extra money!!!!!
Back in late 2015, while preparing to sign my daughter’s lease for the next school year, I did pull up several websites to check out the online reviews. While there were several negative reviews posted - a few that I felt bad for the person’s experience - they didn’t change our rental decision.
