Waited 2 hours and never met a doctor. They sent in a PA who did the bare minimum - just asking surface level questions, and I spent not even 5 minutes talking about the issue I was having. Was told to take Advil. Honestly a joke of a medical office.
I have arrived at 95‑25 Queens Blvd, 3rd Floor, Rego Park for my 8:20 AM colonoscopy appointment on 9 Feb 2026 but the facility was closed which is confirmed by security. I came at 7:30 AM and have been fasting for 32 hours with almost no sleep for two nights. My family also suffered a lot due to the frequent use of bathroom visits required for the preparation.
