Technician showed up on time and ready for a challenge. He was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process to me. He was accommodating and thorough. After he was done he asked me to take a good look and to point out any problem areas that needed extra attention. He wanted to make sure the job exceeded my expectations and it did. I would recommend their services if you are looking for a company that provides quality and is fairly priced. Thanks for leaving my sofa looking and feeling brand new.
What a wonderful experience. I never leave reviews but am blown away by the professionalism of this company. I had an issue with my car seats and called everywhere and no one was willing to take on the project, except for this company. Exceptional customer service, reasonably priced, and very trustworthy. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable about cleaning the carpet. He did a very professional job. I would call him back any day of the week to do another carpet cleaning.
