It is a sad state of affairs when a place like Forest Hills can kick out a patient during a global pandemic. The staff was always kind to my brother, but to kick him out because of money and insurance, into a world where a virus could kill him, is cruel and the opposite of compassionate. They put money over the health of my brother, and that is unforgivable. Shame on you Forest Hills. You have demonstrated to my family that the health of your patients is number two on your list of priorities. You can remove my post, but you ... read more

Terrible service. They do not follow through sending records to doctors and other medical providers. Do not send your loved ones here. They do not follow through regarding medical paperwork.

The physical therapy team along with the nursing staff. The Drs on staff. The janitorial staff and the office folks. The activities staff and the transportation. All good people who really care. If you ever have to go to rehab or any physical therapy place please go to forest Hills It's not 100% perfect but it sure is as close to perfect as anyone could be.

My Mother was placed here for rehab, an people always tell you (oh its a good facility) well no it's not!! Forest Hills almost let my mother die, her roommate saved her life by calling the front desk, saying get your asses down here she's dying. they sent her to the hospital where she was treated for congestive heart failure, she had fluid build up around her heart, lungs, and stomach. . now either the doctor that came in the rehab facility didn't know what he was doing or didn't care he left her there to die. People before ... read more

I'm visiting a family member daily and this facility is incredibly understaffed. The bedside button doesn't have a speaker, so it's a simple button: you push and wait. For a long time. Whether you need a bathroom break, are incomfortable or need water, the wait for a response is 20-40 minutes. I'm not being dramatic. There are people here working hard and doing a good job, but they are overshadowed by the unresponsive and seemingly unconcerned workers. The room has not been swept, mopped or cleaned in 3 days. The bedside toi... read more
