is is the review I wish I read before I moved in 4 months ago. The Cons: 1. Old apartment built in the 80s, roomy and charming right? Wrong! This place is highly inefficient with energy expect your utilities to stockrocket. The heat is distributed unevenly hot upstairs chilly downstairs. Rooms are average size. Appliances and apartments in general are very old and not well maintained. Management staff is very unreliable and extremely unprofessional. I went with out air conditioning from July 3rd to September 4. Then my heat did not work.
