RecommendedThis is a great place to live! It's peaceful and everyone is so nice. The office staff is very helpful and friendly, and very professional. Maintenance is on top of it when you need things fixed. They don't make you wait, unlike other places we have lived in the past. There is lawn care, and snow removal included in the rent (not too many places offer that any more) I wouldn't pay too much attention to bad reviews, because we all know they mostly come from people who got evicted, and/or didn't pay rent, or caused issues. When we decided to move back to NY, this was the first and last place we looked. The office staff was very helpful when I had questions. I am very impressed with their professionalism in handling matters. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It was very clean when we looked at it and when we moved in. There was brand new carpeting through out. I am very pleased with our experience here, and would do it again. I highly recommend checking them out
forrest hills is actually a great place to live. i have been here 5 years and some change and as long as you arent a dick, they work with you on many things. they have helped my wife out and i alot from day one. do not let a few bad apples in a city or town of 2,000 discourage you from giving this place a try. they are going through and modernizing apartments as tennants leave making things better. if i wasn't moving out of state i would hold my lease or transfer to the ones they have been working on.
These houses do not get taken care of at all. They are falling apart. You call for a repair, get told someone will be there, wait all day and no one shows up. When they do they do a crappy band aid job and will be back in a couple weeks to fix it again.
The houses are set up real nice, real cheap and real fast! Not worth all the money they ask. When things break, maintenance is there really quick to do a shitty, cheap repair. The people who run it, don't care about the tenants, only the money.
Terrible! We had nothing but problems trying to get things fixed properly. No streetlights make it very hazardous at night ....sidewalks and roads were not properly plowed, they were left very slippery The driveway was very uneven making it a tripping hazard. We had a terrible smell of mildew in the cupboard that they refused to address. The room sizes are not as their website states.
